Technology Organization Overview 

KKR’s Technology team is responsible for building and supporting the firm’s technological foundation including a globally distributed infrastructure, information security, and the application and data platforms. The team drives a culture of technology excellence across the firm through efficient workflow automation, democratization of data through modern data and collaboration platforms, and more recently through research and development of Generative AI based tools and services. Technology is regarded as a key business enabler at KKR and is an important accelerator to drive towards global scale creation and business process transformation. The Technology team consists of highly technical and business-centric technologists with the ability to form strong partnerships across all of our businesses. A dedicated Program Management function along with the Product Managers drive execution discipline across multiple technology teams with a goal to consistently deliver excellence serving our business needs.

Position Summary

The KKR IT Finance team is seeking an experienced Technical/Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting Coupa, SAP Concur and S/4 HANA systems. This role involves understanding business needs, designing solutions, configuring, and maintaining the systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support for these platforms and associated integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to enhance system functionality, improve user experience, ensuring system performance and alignment with business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, or Computer Science, Information Technology, or business-related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience in supporting and implementing SAP Concur and Coupa systems
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including integration and configuration
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes
• Proficiency in system troubleshooting, testing, and debugging
• Familiarity working with middleware technologies for system integrations
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a deadline driven environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• SAP Concur configuration certification a plus

• Provide technical and functional support for Coupa, SAP Concur and S/4 HANA
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

• Ensure seamless integrations between SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications, including SAP Concur and Coupa

• Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
• Develop user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective use of the platforms
  
  

Performance Monitoring And Improvements

• Monitor system performance and usage to identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on new features, functionalities, and industry best practices for SAP Concur, Coupa, and SAP S/4HANA
