Technical Support Engineer – Networking & Device Configuration

Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with expertise in networking, routers, access points, switch configuration, and device services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting network-related issues and providing technical support for hardware and software configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot routers, access points, and network switches.
• Provide technical support for device connectivity and network-related issues.
• Assist in network setup, maintenance, and optimization.
• Support and troubleshoot device services for seamless operation.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network security and performance.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Requirements:

• Experience in networking, router & switch configuration.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, etc.).
• Knowledge of device services and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills to assist clients and internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
