Overview
Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide L2 support for Asterisk-based VoIP solutions, troubleshooting SIP, RTP, WebRTC, and call-related issues.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Asterisk Dial Plans and AGI scripts to enhance VoIP functionality.
- Troubleshoot Linux system performance issues, including I/O performance, CPU, and memory utilization.
- Configure and maintain local repositories for package management (YUM, APT, RPM).
- Monitor and manage incident tickets using ITIL-compliant tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
- Work closely with L1 and L3 teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure high availability and performance of services hosted on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Troubleshoot MySQL databases, including query optimization, replication issues, and performance tuning.
- Follow ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Salary:-15,000 - 25,000(PM)
