Technical Support Engineer (L2)

Overview

Job Title:

Technical Support Engineer – Proficient Company: Inspiroz IT Services Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Navi Mumbai, Ghansoli.

Key Responsibilities

· Technical Issue Resolution:
o Install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
o Administer and maintain Windows and Apple devices, user management, and networking fundamentals.

· Customer Support Excellence:
o Deliver remote technical services with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
o Take ownership of tasks, ensuring complete and timely resolution for client satisfaction.

· Workflow Management:
o Monitor work queues, resolve assigned tickets, and ensure completion of daily checklists.
o Utilize ticketing systems like ConnectWise Manage for efficient task tracking and resolution.

· Infrastructure Maintenance:
o Configure and manage Office 365/Google Suite and printer/file servers. o Leverage remote access tools such as TeamViewer, MSP Anywhere, LogMeIn, and AnyConnect for seamless client support.

· Collaborative Teamwork:
o Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment to develop and implement innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

· Education & Certifications:
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications (A+, N+, CCENT, Microsoft, CCNA preferred).

· Experience:
o Minimum of 2+ years in technical support roles and providing exceptional customer service.

· Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
o Knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and Office 365/Google Suite administration.
o Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote access tools.

· Soft Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication. o Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for technology. o A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
