DNIF is an Indian cybersecurity product company. Our product is a Unified Cloud Native SIEM solution with real-time analytics and threat detection capabilities. We have large enterprise customers who use our solution to detect complex persistent threat campaigns in their environment. Our customers include some of India’s largest banking organizations, Commodities Exchange, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP’s), Automotive Manufacturers, and Telecom Companies
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join this journey in setting up the core of an Enterprise Software product company.
Responsibilities:
As a Tech Support Engineer in Netmonastery, you will be providing support to our customers on
troubleshooting/project delivery on the DNIF platform. Using your expertise across various domains like infrastructure, and networking, your primary role is to ensure that customer issues on large and complex
DNIF deployments are solved with ease. We are a growing Indian Cyber Security product company so be prepared for an accelerated exposure in this domain.
■ Understand the customer environment and plot a roadmap for the deployment and integration project.
■ Troubleshooting and performing deep-level analysis for technical issues
■ Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted clients/partners
■ Change Request – Planning, Execution, testing, and Rollback Plan
■ Apply patches and upgrades on a regular basis and ensure all are up to date at all times.
■ Plan Change activities w.r.t issues/Solutions observed during operations
■ Follow-ups for fixing, workaround, RCA, knowledge sharing & escalations from
■ Working with customers/employees to identify problems and advising on the solution
■ Logging and keeping records of customer/partner queries
■ Updating self-help documents FAQ/Knowledge Base to assist customers, partners & employees
■ Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serio
■ Need to be available 24/7 to handle escalated issues
■ Contribute to having P1 Systems up and running in terms of Health Monitoring of Servers,
■ applications services and integrations.
■ Proficient in one or more scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc
■ Knowledgeable on Security Technologies
■ Firewalls, Endpoint prevention, SIEM, Vulnerability management tools SOAR platform experience a plus writing new and expanding new playbooks using automation and scripting tools.
Requirements:
■ Fresher / 2-3 yrs of Experience and keenness to work in the Technical domain
■ Installation of VMs and server recovery
■ Understanding of basic concepts in Networking, Linux, AWS, Docker, and similar technologies.
■ Understanding of Cyber Security concepts is a plus

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
