Technical Support Engineer L1

Overview

• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding SKF bearings and related products.
• Assist in bearing selection, lubrication, and maintenance recommendations.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance issues in industrial applications.
• Conduct on-site inspections and failure analysis.
• Deliver technical training sessions and product presentations.
• Work closely with sales teams to offer customized solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and reports on product performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends,SKF product developments, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of bearings, lubrication, and rotating equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Software Knowledge: SKF bearing selection tools, Microsoft etc.

Customer Service: Experience in handling technical queries and providing solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
