About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide top-notch IT support to end-users. If you have a strong background in hardware troubleshooting, network diagnostics, and IT support tools, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
· PC assembly, repair, and hardware diagnostics
· Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and other hardware issues
· Managing and supporting Windows & macOS operating systems
· Configuring and troubleshooting Active Directory, LAN/WAN networks
· Installing and maintaining printers and peripheral devices
· Email configuration (Outlook, Exchange)
· Handling tickets via ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk
· Providing end-user support for software and hardware issues
· Implementing antivirus/anti-malware solutions
· Supporting Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Assisting users via remote access tools (TeamViewer, MS Teams, Zoom)
