We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-
level assistance to our customers.
The responsibilities of a Technical Support Engineer include resolving net
work and hardware issues, configuring operating systems using remote
desktop connections, and providing immediate support.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues
to the appropriate internal teams and client POC.
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to
resolve system issues.
Installation and rectification of hardware products/Items and software.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and
network configuration.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and internal Team
members on daily basis.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Maintain pleasant client relationships
Requirements and skills
Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Networking or
relevant field with 0-3 Years of work experience in similar roles. Or
bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science
or relevant field.
Hands-on experience with computer networking terminology and
operating system environments.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications to support remotely.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
Ability to travel to project sites and work in various locations.
Proven experience in site engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of site engineering principles and practices.
