Role Overview:
Tech Mahindra BPS is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical troubleshooting and support for electronic devices, including computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-centric mindset, and proficiency in both English and Hindi to effectively assist a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, mobile devices, and other tech products.
2. Provide remote technical support using remote desktop applications (e.g., AnyDesk) and help desk software.
3. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for resolving technical problems. Assist with device configuration, software installations, system updates, and network connectivity issues.
4. Log and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
5. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
6.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
7. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in engineering domain (preferably in IT, Computer Science, electronics ).
Relevant technical support experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
