Job Title: Network Engineer - Level 1(Voice Process)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network Engineer to join our team as a Level 1 Network Engineer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and success in managing LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, as well as a strong foundation in troubleshooting routers, switches, and cloud-based networking solutions. In addition to your technical expertise, your ability to configure new hardware components such as routers, cameras, switches, and cables is essential to this role. Experience with Power over Ethernet (PoE) and CCTV camera support is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Configuration and Management:

• Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, and cloud-based networking solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain networking hardware, including routers, cameras, switches, and cables.
• Support and troubleshoot Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices.
• Provide assistance in managing and maintaining CCTV camera systems.

2. Technical Proficiency:

• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in network engineering.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Conduct research into networking issues and products as required to solve complex problems.

3. Communication Skills:

• Possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical team members or clients in a user-friendly language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve network-related goals.

4. Customer Service:

• Exhibit a strong customer service orientation, ensuring the satisfaction of end-users.
• Respond to network-related inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Offer remote or on-site support as needed.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in network engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.

Pay: ?480,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
