Responsibilities:
- Document issues, action plans, and solutions in detail
- Coordinate and assist with internal resources and other teams
- Troubleshoot issues until resolution and properly manage customer expectations
- Assist with internal projects related to customer service
- Directly assigned tickets for customers
- Responsible for submitting content in the Planview Knowledge Base.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Be able to communicate functional and technical information to any experience level Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting enterprise-wide or web-based, browser applications.
- Minimum 4 years experience using Microsoft Windows environments
- Understanding of Microsoft IIS services and configuration options
- Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server transactional SQL including complex queries and objects
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Be able to balance and prioritization multiple issues
- Understanding of project management practices and methodologies preferred
- Troubleshooting Performance issues like Slowness
