include handling customer interactions, managing quotations, finalizing offers, and
supporting the sales and administration processes. To provide clarity on expectations, we

Functional Parameters:
1. Customer Interaction Excellence: Ensure a 98% customer satisfaction rate by
providing prompt and accurate technical support.
2. Quotation Accuracy and Timeliness: Prepare and deliver 100% error-free
quotations within 24 hours of request.
3. Offer Finalization Success Rate: Successfully convert at least 85% of proposals into
confirmed deals.
4. Lead Generation and Follow-up: Generate a minimum of 15 high-potential leads
per month and ensure timely follow-ups within 48 hours.
5. Office Administration and Documentation: Maintain 100% compliance in office
documentation and streamline processes using MS Office tools.
6. Technical Query Resolution: Resolve 98% of customer technical queries within 48
hours with proactive troubleshooting.
7. Interdepartmental Coordination: Improve communication efficiency within the
team by reducing response times by 20%.
8. Process Optimization: Identify and implement at least three process improvements
per quarter to enhance operational efficiency.
9. Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure 100% adherence to compliance
