Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Vapi
Job Overview
*· Visit industrial plants to offer customized solutions which addresses customer’s requirement and pain areas
· To do minimum number of customer engagement activities
· To support sales team in case of any technical issue such as bearing failure, mounting/dismounting, basic equivalent etc.
· To analyze the customer problem and support with technical solution as per need (RCFA if bearing failure and recommended actions)
· To train sales executives on technical knowledge and guide them by joint visit to customers
· To monitor the value of solutions provided and opportunities generated
· To close the respective opportunities by handing over to sales executives
Qualifications UG: Graduate - ·
BTech/B. E in Mechanical
· Candidate with relevant industrial experience will be preferred
· Problem solving skills
· Stakeholder management skills
· Interpersonal skills
KPI/KRAs:
· Number of customer engagement activities
· Number of solutions provided – RCFA, Basic equivalents
· Lead time for acknowledgement of customer complaints
· Value of opportunities added through value added solution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
