Overview
Qualification: Candidate must have B Tech degree/ BCA/MCA / Diploma in IT or ECE along with database & Linux knowledge.
Experience:2 to 6 year's
Skills:
At Least basic knowledge of dialer system /GSM Gateway/PRI SIP Trunk .
Installation and configuration of Linux operating system of ubuntu and centos
knowledge of asterisk, database, linux , call center dialer , voice logger etc.
Urgently looking for Technical Support Engineer for Call Center Software , Asterisk IP PBX , MY SQL database administrator , Voice Logger software .
Technical Support engineer must have knowledge of asterisk , PRI Card configuration , IP Gateway configuration, SIP configuration ,MY SQL data Base & Linux Centos operating System knowledge .
Provide Technical support to customers for product Dialer, voice logger, IVR and other Aria Product.
Undertaking installation and maintenance of Dialer, voice logger and other Aria Product.
Managing customer feedback and satisfaction.
Managing all the maintenance work for the Dialer, Voice Logger and other Aria Products.
Candidate from similar field having IVR & Voice logger , IP PBX knowledge will be preferred.
- Willing to travel &work in shifts, as assigned
Salary : 25 to 30K per month
