Job Description :-

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Respond to and resolve technical support tickets in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS) and software applications.
• Set up and configure new computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN issues.
• Ensure proper connectivity for users and resolve internet-related problems.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT best practices and security.
• Assist employees in using enterprise applications and collaboration tools.
• Ensure endpoint security by installing and updating antivirus software.
• Follow IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance with security standards.
• Maintain records of IT assets, configurations, and incidents.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.

Skills Required :-

• Good Communication Skills.
• Troubleshot and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of MicroSoft / Windows / Networking / Printers & System

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
