Job Description: Technical Support Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide top-quality customer support to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the resolution of technical issues. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to SaaS and cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

· Provide excellent customer support to drive high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and technical issues via various communication channels (email, phone, chat).

Technical Issue Documentation:

· Document technical issues and develop test cases to address similar concerns in the future.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps for reference.

Collaboration Across Teams:

· Work with engineering, product, and other internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.

· Provide feedback and suggest improvements to products and services based on customer interactions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in a technical support role.
• Education: Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with internal teams.
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical approach to troubleshooting.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize work efficiently to meet customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
