Job Description

• Configuring and installing various customer network devices and services (e.g., Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, AP, QoS)
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including Firmware upgrades, service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Proven hands-on network engineering experience
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools
• Hands-on experience with site-to-site VPN, VLAN, VTP, STP, RSTP, SD-WAN

Experience in Incident, Service request, and change management procedures.

Mandatory Certification – CCNP/CCNA

Must have Good Communication & Interpersonal skills

Must have Customer Centric approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
