Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend service calls and provide on-site technical support for our products.
• Perform installations and commissioning of electrical and automation systems.
• Collaborate with channel partners and clients, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for the timely resolution of issues.
• Provide regular updates on service calls and project status.
• Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all service activities are documented and recorded accurately.
• Assist in training channel partners and clients as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with channel partners and providing technical support in the electrical and automation industry.
• Hands-on experience in installations and maintenance of electrical systems and automation products.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and channel partners effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required to attend service calls and client locations.
• BE degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferable).
• A team player with a proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
