Technical Support Engineer

Overview

1. Tech Support Function and Technical Sales, first level support to customer.

2. Application Engineering and recommendations (Machine vision system).

3. Evaluation report preparation.

4. Work on Sample codes of image processing, developing algorithms, machine vision software solution.

5. Prepare introductory document and PPTs for all focused products.

6. Preparing Comparatives of products against competitors.

7. Product Management.

8. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve issues.

9. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

Expectations-

• 1-2 year Experience in machine vision system/support system.

• Bachelor/Master of Engineering electronics/ENTC/Electrical/Computer/IT.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• C, C++, Python language knowledge.

• Hands-on PLC, HMI, SCADA etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹190,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
