Are you ready to make a difference in the world of cybersecurity? AlgoSec, a global leader in network security, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon, India.
Responsibilities
- Supporting global customers via email, phone, and webcasts
- Guiding customers, partners, and Sales Engineers in product installation, operations, and troubleshooting
- Maintaining and updating the AlgoSec knowledge base
- Introducing support methodologies and tools
- Working closely with global support teams, R&D, and product management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a software company
- Experience in Linux/UNIX environments
- Knowledge of firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
- Experience in supporting network security software products
- Strong problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work irregular hours as needed
- Experience in SRE/DevOps
- Knowledge of Linux scripting languages (PERL, shell)
- Work with over 2,200 leading organizations worldwide
