Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Kolhapur. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for assisting in all levels of technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software installation at the client side.
- Provide solution to any kind of software or network failure instantly.
- Should be able to recognize and analyze the issue properly.
- Should have knowledge of computer, operating system and networking
- Should be comfortable for travelling to nearby 2-3 districts.
Required Skillset:
· Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
· Analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
· Excellent customer support and customer service skills
· Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
· Experience in software development or IT support is a plus
Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Job Location: Kolhapur.
Daily allowance, travelling allowance will be given timely.
