The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Network , Network Security , Oracle SQL, basic knowledge of Linux and AWS, excellent communication skills, and the aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. This role involves monitoring applications, generating SQL-based reports, and providing exceptional user support around the clock.
Key Responsibilities
Application Monitoring:
Continuously monitor applications to ensure optimal performance and resolve any technical disruptions.
Ad-Hoc Reporting:
Write and execute SQL queries to generate on-demand reports tailored to business or user needs.
User Support:
Respond to and resolve user requests and technical issues promptly, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Shift-Based Support:
Provide application support on a 24/7 schedule, working in shifts to meet the needs of the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Network and Network Security.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL for writing and executing queries.
Basic knowledge of Linux for system navigation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with AWS basics, including cloud concepts and environments.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members.
Solid aptitude and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in a shift-based system to support applications 24/7.
