Overview
Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (Pharma Industry)
Location: Kadi, Mehsana, Sanand
Salary: Upto 35K
Work Days: 6 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware, software & network support for desktops/laptops.
- Troubleshoot Windows/Mac OS, MW 0365, Google apps, printers, and scanners.
- Handle network security, anti-virus, and remote troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of servers, firewalls, CCTV, crimping & punching, WiFi routers, and Outlook configuration.
- Support OS installations, Office 365, Google Workspace, web applications, and email troubleshooting.
- Assist with VC meetings and other IT-related issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Pharma Industry IT support role.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
