Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Skill Set Required

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Fluency in communication: English & Hindi is Must

Self-motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment

Strong work ethic plus ability to multi-task

Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes

Job Responsibilities

Should be technically strong on the electrical and electronics background

Should be able to work independently depends on the requirement

Coordination with Field Engineer for the L2 Level Support Through Telephonic Support and Chat.

Supporting through the remote access for electronics component Debug.

Capturing the Data in Tools (Company in built tools)

Capable of handling issues independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
