Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone or chat to resolve software issues
- Communicate with clients to understand their technical problems and provide solutions
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex software issues
- Stay up-to-date with new software releases and updates
