Overview
· Review, reconcile and define order requirements, contract technical & commercial specifications, data sheets, drawings, piping and instrumentation diagram, pump package specifications, drives and instruments for pump packages.
· Pump application and selection, hydraulic calculations, tendering, costing and quote preparations.
· Attend customer, vendor and inter-department meetings.
· Review of API data sheets and buy out documents, prepare project and specifications compliance sheets.
· Interact with customers/sales/operations on technical issues and attend queries.
· Review purchase orders and prepare comments resolution sheet upon purchase order review.
· Prepare work order/work instructions and release factory orders on a timely manner.
· Adhere to company values, business ethics and code of conduct.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
