Technical Support Engineer - III
Location: Bengaluru, India | Full-Time | Monday to Friday| Hybrid

Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer - III to assist with technical issues through email, chat, and phone. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle unique challenges daily. The engineer will troubleshoot and debug customer issues, both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and a quick learning ability are essential. A bachelor's degree in a STEM field and programming knowledge are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently handle technical queries across multiple data sources for OEM customers.
- Troubleshoot issues on various OS platforms (Win, Lin, Mac).
- Expert in JDBC integration and addressing complex customer queries.
- Assist in onboarding enterprise customers and building trusted relationships.
- Provide insights to Product & Development Teams to improve services.
- Contribute to financial goals by enhancing processes to retain or acquire products.
- Identify and address customer demands to reduce dropout rates.
- Assist with application testing and internal projects as needed.
- Collaborate with teams for efficient problem-solving and track issue resolution.
Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, & Experience::
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with coding skills in at least one language (C#, Java, Python preferred).
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL concepts (e.g., JOIN, aggregation).
- Familiarity with Linux, Cloud infrastructure, and DevOps is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, with knowledge of data models and querying.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on SLAs and client requirements.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and proficiency in tools like Postman and Fiddler.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field. Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical support role, troubleshooting and resolving issues using a programming language, SQL, data models, and querying.
- 3+ years of experience with C#, Java, Python, or any major programming language, along with advanced SQL concepts (e.g., JOIN, aggregation), and knowledge of (R)DBMSs.
- 1+ years of experience with APIs, Fiddler, Postman, Linux, Cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or containerization (one or more of these).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving ability and proficiency in at least one programming language to solve basic problems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on SLAs and client requirements.
This role may involve access to customer-sensitive data. Adherence to the company's security policies is required.
