Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Technical Security and IT Support manager, you will provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals whose main focus is ensuring security processes are followed and supporting our development teams in resolving any issues that arise.
Your role is to develop a dynamic team with clear objectives, drive projects, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Close attention to detail, performance reviews, and ability to clearly communicate and provide direct feedback ensure progressive team growth, skill enhancement and efficiency.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Overall 10 years of industry experience and 3+ years experience as manager of a team of 10 or more.
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate issues, updates and status to the team, collaborate effectively with peers and management.
Expertise on networking (DHCP, IP, subnetting, routing, DNS, firewall).
Linux and Windows knowledge as well as user management, applying security updates, and operating system configuration (file systems, RAID, LVM, storage).
Effective problem solving and decision making skills.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
3-5 years management experience.
Experience running a security team.
