For our Onshore Execution Digital Product Development team, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 10+ years who is committed to delivering high-quality products and services using Scaled Agile principles. You will work closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure alignment and delivery of business objectives.
As a Scaled Agile Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile teams in delivering products and services using Scaled Agile framework - SAFe ensuring teams follow Agile principles, facilitate Scrum events, and coach team members on Agile best practices. You will combine technical expertise with Agile coaching to enable teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibility
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
- Backend Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs using .NET /Python, tailored to the needs of our users and business requirements. Working knowledge on API Development using RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Exposure to different database management systems such as SQL Server.
- Should be familiar with CI/CD process,
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and conducting code reviews.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product owner, and designers, to deliver seamless and integrated solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies like Azure,
- Strong experience in automated testing, including unit testing and integration testing.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software development and architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering scalable, distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of SAFe principles and Agile frameworks.
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master or similar SAFe certifications.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Extensive experience with application development using C#, Python, and Azure.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (React) and understanding of full-stack development.
- Exposure to machine learning or data engineering using Python for backend-driven data pipelines is a plus.
