Job Summary:
Pyxidia is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in managing projects within an Agile/Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a solid technical background in J2EE-based microservices applications, and a proven ability to manage multifunctional teams effectively. This role will also include oversight of Release Management, Product Management, End-to-End Product Development, Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), and Stakeholder Management.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion within the Agile/Scrum framework.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams of up to 10 members to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
 Oversee the Release Management process, ensuring smooth deployment cycles and timely releases.
 Drive Product Management activities, collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver high-quality products.
 Manage End-to-End Product Development and ensure the entire Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) is followed from ideation through to delivery, ensuring all stages meet business and technical goals.
 Work closely with Stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and expectations, ensuring effective communication and successful project outcomes.
 Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track project progress, release cycles, and metrics.
 Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
 Conduct regular project status meetings to communicate progress and address any issues that arise.
 Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and Agile management methodologies.
 Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on Agile/Scrum methodologies and 5-8 years in IT industry.
 Certified Scrum Master with proven experience leading Agile teams.
 At least 3-4 years of development experience in building J2EE-based microservices applications.
 Familiarity with Agile management practices, metrics, and tools (JIRA/Confluence).
 Strong experience in Release Management, managing Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), and working closely with Stakeholders.

Skills:
 Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to mentor, coach, and build effective teams.
 Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
 Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
 Certification in Scrum Master is required.
 Proficiency in Release Management, Stakeholder Communication, and ensuring the seamless delivery of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
