We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager.

Work Location: Pune

In this role, you will:

• You will be leading programme delivery from initiation to production implementation for Global Payment Solutions estate globally aligning platform roadmaps, which includes 6 regions: Asia Pacific, Middle East, North America, Euro, China, Singapore.
  
• You will manage supply and demand pipeline within the programme and give guidance, direction for making decision to achieve goals, deliver products that align with business core interest.
  
• You will ensure compliance with all relevant internal control standards and external regulatory requirements.
  
• You will instrumentally in-depth understanding end to end payment journey initiated from various Lines of Business, while optimizing for cost and be compliant with the Bank’s End-to-End architecture, You will be managing communications and expectations with senior stakeholders.:
  
• You will be providing subject matter expertise to the wider team and play accountability role in delivering business features, reducing operational risk and cost of ownership. You will provide coaching and guiding directly or indirectly to teams having developers, testers, analyst, and architects inside by giving clear direction, feedbacks and timely suggestions to ensure a high-quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.
  
• You will address existing technical debt and drive for technical evolution payment processing modernization for the teams by working closely with various parties including business, SMEs, Solution Architects globally.
  
• Necessitates managing conflicting priorities for the projects in release, doing scheduling basis global/regional calendar availability, orchestrating releases across regions, prioritization of changes, SOW, conflict management across competing programs.
  
• End to end release management, chairing scope prioritization calls for large program/platform as necessary.

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Technology fields, 5-8 years of experience in project and programme management space, and 3 years of large-scale software program delivery manager role and having
  
• The candidate should have good understanding of Liquidity and Cash Management, Payments, Clearing Systems, Wire Transactions and Accounting.
  
• The candidate should have experience in all phases in the Development Life Cycle and Project management life cycle.
  
• The candidate should be agility proven in leading scrum team to deliver MVP across cloud and on-premises environments to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
  
• The candidate should have ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive diverse, multi-regional and global stakeholders, cultivate a collaborative and cooperative attitude across different work cultures.
  
• The candidate should have proven track record of leading a sustainable team and delivering results, and demonstrable experience in managing senior stakeholders. The candidate should be opened 24*7 Support and preparing well defined ROTA for the team
  
• Having fair understanding of Cloud, Micro-services and DevOps Process

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:
