Mandatory Skills:

• Technical Project Manager: Proven experience in leading and managing technical projects, ensuring successful project delivery within constraints (time, cost, and quality).

• SAFe Framework: Familiarity with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and applying it in enterprise settings.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Understanding of DevOps principles, particularly Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment.
• Technical Debt Management: Ability to address and resolve technical debt effectively while keeping the project on track.
• Release Planning: Skilled in release planning, ensuring the balance of scope, resources, and timelines.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Ability to mentor and coach teams, improving their technical and process adherence in consultation with architects.

Experience Range:

• Years of Experience: 9-12 years of experience in the software development and project management domain.
• Career Progression: Ideal candidate will have started their career as a developer, progressed to Technical Lead, and evolved into a Technical Project Manager.
• Relevant Experience: Experience in managing and delivering Java and React-based projects, along with exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience managing Fixed Bid projects is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring successful delivery with respect to scope, timeline, and quality.
• Technical Decision Making: Make technical decisions for projects, including architecture, tool selection, and resource allocation, with a focus on Java, React, and Cloud technologies.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals.
• Scrum & Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the team adheres to Agile practices.
• Team & Resource Management: Manage and guide cross-functional teams of developers, ensuring they follow the established best practices and deliverables are met on time.
• Fixed Bid Project Management: Handle the intricacies of Fixed Bid projects, ensuring scope and deliverables are agreed upon and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery.
• Technical Coaching & Mentoring: Coach and mentor team members, especially those on technical standards, best practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report project performance using key metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and other engineering metrics.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and implement improvements as needed.
