Position: Agile Project Manager / Technical Project Manager

Overview:
GMIndia seeks a skilled Technical Project Manager with 06–10 years of experience to lead complex projects in BFSI, eCommerce, and IT domains. The ideal candidate is adept in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with strong technical expertise in Java, FullStack, and MERN technologies, and a proven record of delivering $10M+ projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver projects aligning with business goals and timelines.
• Drive Agile practices (Scrum, sprint planning) and manage risks and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, ASANA, and BaseCamp for tracking.

Qualifications:

• Education: BCA/MCA or equivalent.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince II, CSM, Six Sigma GB, Sun Certified Java Programmer (verification is Mandatory).
• Skills: Leadership, risk management, technical proficiency in Java/MERN, client retention.
• Knowledge is coding is mandatory.

• Improved team efficiency and measurable project outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹537,979.98 - ₹1,858,187.15 per year
