Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage data warehouse and data lake projects with a strong focus on Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-based data architecture, ETL processes, and data governance while ensuring seamless project execution, stakeholder communication, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end execution of data warehouse and data lake projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to gather requirements.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices for data security, governance, and compliance.
Technical Leadership & Data Architecture
- Oversee data warehouse and data lake development in Snowflake.
- Provide technical guidance on data modeling, ingestion, transformation, and optimization.
- Drive data pipeline design and ETL/ELT strategies using Snowflake, DBT, Python, and SQL.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance optimization of data solutions.
- Integrate multiple data sources (APIs, databases, cloud storage) into the Snowflake ecosystem.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Work closely with engineering, analytics, and DevOps teams to align data strategies.
- Partner with vendors, cloud providers, and data governance teams for best practices.
- Present project updates and data insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Data Governance & Compliance
- Enforce data security, quality, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific compliance standards.
- Implement metadata management, lineage tracking, and access control in Snowflake.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within data engineering, analytics, or cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (architecture, security, performance tuning).
- Expertise in data warehouse, data lake, and ETL/ELT frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, DBT, Airflow, and cloud-based data pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Snowflake integrations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Familiarity with CI/CD for data pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Snowflake Certification (SnowPro Core, Advanced Architect, or Data Engineer).
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Spark, and streaming data processing.
- Previous experience working with regulated industries (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.).

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
