Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead and manage software projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, excellent client interaction skills, and hands-on experience in requirement gathering and elicitation.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Product Ownership :
  
  Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and user requirements.
  
  Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap.
  
  Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  
  Convert client requirements into wireframes.
  
  Ensure the development team understands the product vision and requirements.
  
  Collaborate with Architects/Tech Leads. to provide scalable and robust solution designs.
• Project Management:
  
  Plan, manage, and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  
  Ability to manage agile/incremental development projects.
  
  Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  
  Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
  Ability to use the stakeholders effectively to put measures in place to bring projects back on track.
  
  Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Client Partnership:
  
  Be an advocate of the client within the organization.
  
  Manage client expectations and ensure the delivery is in line with the client's business priorities.
  
  Provide objective feedback to the management on client health/and mid-long term outlook.
• Quality Assurance:
  
  Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance processes.
  
  Review and approve test plans and test cases.
  
  Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality before release.
• Team Collaboration :
  
  Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the team.
  
  Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  
  Maintain a high performing team, laser focused on delivery.
  
  Champion of quality management processes and continuous improvement practices.
• Work Experience Requirements :
  
  7 - 10 years of total experience
• What We're Looking For:
  
  Minimum 1 year of prior technical project management experience, preferably US stakeholders.
  
  Minimum 1 year of prior software development experience.
  
  Experience working in a start-up or a S&MB.
  
  Excellent communication skills.
  
  Experience managing client implementation of software products preferred.
  
  PM/Scrum Master certification preferred.
