Technical Project Manager (Male or Female)
Location: Kochi / Trivandrum
Experience Required: Minimum 10-15 years

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a strong technical background.
• Expertise in managing large-scale technical projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and project management tools.
• Ability to handle technical documentation, project timelines, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of project lifecycle management and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the successful execution of technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, allocate resources, and set milestones.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained, including reports, status updates, and project deliverables.
• Liaise with senior management to provide project updates, report on performance, and address any concerns.
