We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in managing Upwork-based projects and CMS platforms -WordPress, PHP, Laravel, MVC Framework, Codeigniter, and others framework etc., to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

• Lead active verbal and written communication with international clients, primarily from Upwork.

• Understand client requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates.

Project Management:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to client specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to drive project success.

• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against set goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure alignment on client requirements and project deliverables.

• Provide feedback and insights to refine and enhance project execution strategies.

Team Management:

• Coordinate with development teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ensure smooth communication and resolve bottlenecks to maintain productivity.

CMS Expertise:

• Leverage hands-on knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, BigCommerce, and others to guide project execution.

• Offer technical insights and troubleshoot challenges related to CMS projects.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Technical Background: Minimum of 2 years in software development, preferably with experience in CMS platforms.

• Project Management Experience: At least 2 years in a project management role.

• Client Management: Proven experience managing international clients and projects sourced from platforms like Upwork.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Commitment: Must have a stable professional history, with no less than 2 years in any previous organization.
