Job Description: Assistant Technical Project Delivery Manager

Role Overview-
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Assistant Technical Project Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with goals.

2. Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure project success.
• Resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues.

3. Client Communication:

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, updating them on project progress and addressing concerns.
• Translate technical details into client-friendly language.

4. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project compliance with scope, time, and budget constraints.

5 Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and progress reports.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• 4-6 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with technologies like Blockchain, AI, or Web/Mobile Development is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-oriented with a focus on delivering quality solutions.

Tools and Technologies:

• Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
