Position: Technical Project Manager

Role Overview:

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex technical projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring technical feasibility, and managing resources to meet deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Lead team meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Resolve technical challenges and ensure quality assurance processes are followed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience with Software Services is a must
• Proven experience in technical project management.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
