Position Description
Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Jaipur
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing technical projects with customer-facing responsibilities
- Ability to act as a primary liaison between Engagement Managers and the Engineering Scrum Team
- Strong understanding of project documentation and requirement validation
- Familiarity with standard processes for software implementation and avoiding unnecessary customization
- Experience defining project timelines and cutover plans
- Proficient in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to ensure project scope control and minimize changes post-SOW (Statement of Work) sign-off
- Strong communication and organizational skills
With a Side of (Additional Skills):
- Escalation management for feasibility checks on custom requirements
- Familiarity with MySQL, Ruby (Rails Framework) preferred
- Load and performance impact awareness
- Hands-on experience with stakeholder management, especially in high-impact technical implementations
Unleash Your Potential: What You Will Be Doing and Owning
- Serve as the go-to technical liaison for LPR (Loyalty Program Restructure) projects
- Validate customer requirements and ensure alignment with standardized 1Loyalty approaches
- Escalate and document any custom requirements, securing engineering approval before commitment
- Draft and maintain accurate Statements of Work (SOWs) and project timelines
- Support Engagement Managers by clarifying technical requirements and constraints
- Prevent unnecessary scope changes and ensure adherence to agreed launch timelines
- Participate in all customer calls, provide technical guidance, and loop in Engineering when needed
- Safeguard production systems from risks related to performance, database, and uptime impacts
