As a Project Manager, you will have comprehensive end-to-end accountability for projects. Your role encompasses the following key responsibilities:
● Proposal Leadership: Take charge of leading the proposal preparation, evaluating project estimations, and gathering inputs from crucial stakeholders.
● Project Oversight: Organise, schedule, and oversee projects. Regularly monitor, review, and report project status. This approach ensures diligent project risk management, facilitating successful project delivery and implementation.

● Sound knowledge of SRS, BRD and FRD documentation.
● Profound understanding of Project Management fundamentals, encompassing project lifecycles for both development and maintenance projects. Familiarity with estimation methodologies and quality processes.
● Knowledge of one or more programming languages; familiarity with architecture frameworks and design principles. Proficiency in comprehending and managing technology, including performance engineering.
● Basic understanding of domain-specific knowledge to grasp business requirements and functionality.
● Competence in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to achieve
objectives and meet timelines.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts from both business and technology realms. This entails assessing requirements, defining scope, creating estimates, and producing project charters.
● Sound grasp of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies is a fundamental requirement.
● Awareness of the latest technological trends and advancements.
● Possess strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with an aptitude for collaboration.
● Experienced in team handling, adept at reviewing team performance, and proficient in creating performance reports for team members.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
