Overview
- Lead end-to-end delivery of blockchain and AI/ML-based software projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineers, data scientists, designers, product owners, and business teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, technical documentation, and risk assessments.
- Oversee Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure development practices align with the latest DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
- Track and report progress using project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards specific to blockchain and AI architectures.
- Drive PoC (Proof of Concept) and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) initiatives in emerging tech areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of proven experience managing technical software projects, especially within blockchain and/or AI/ML domains.
- Strong understanding of distributed ledger technologies (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, etc.) and AI platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.).
- Background in software engineering, data science, or related technical fields.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with smart contract development, AI model lifecycle management, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about innovation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with decentralized applications (dApps), NFTs, or DeFi platforms.
- Understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and blockchain regulatory frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with version control, APIs, and DevOps pipelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
