Overview
As a Sr. Project Manager at Autonomize AI, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative AI solutions to our clients and managing their day-to-day expectations. You will lead cross-functional teams across delivery, solutions engineering, product and SRE functions to manage project timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Own end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Report project statuses and updates to the Autonomize leadership team regularly or on an as-needed basis.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Work with on-shore and offshore teams daily to manage project deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Autonomize Copilots across multiple customers or projects.
- Collaborate with product and solution leaders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Possess a strong understanding of delivering AI/ML projects. Experience with delivering GenAI solutions is preferred.
- Educate customer stakeholders on project scope and deliverables for mutual agreement.
- Understand and work closely with customer counterparts to identify bottlenecks, and escalations and proactively mitigate them.
- Communicate often and early on key decisions to all stakeholders and ensure clarity on action items.
- 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or technology.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc. ).
- Strong understanding of data engineering, data science, and machine learning pipelines.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR) and regulatory requirements (HIPAA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Candidates must hold a PRINCE2 or PMP certification to demonstrate proficiency in structured project management methodologies and best practices.
- Education and experience requirements may vary depending on the company and position, but a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sales, or a related field and several years of experience in scaling a B2B Product sales organization is required.
- Owner mentality - self-directed, needs minimal supervision, hands-on leader to drive quality in usability and experience.
- Always experimenting rather than hypothesizing (Learn it all vs. know it all).
- Ability to design, architect and quickly complete projects with minimal supervision and direction.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Work as a team while owning key product deliverables.
