Designation: TPM (Technical Project Manager)
Reporting Structure: You’ll be part of the Delivery department, which reports into the CTO.
Role: You are expected to play a delivery-focused cross-functional techno-managerial role. You’ll be responsible for:

Role: You are expected to play a delivery-focused cross-functional techno-managerial role. You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivery management, planning, and risk assessment, with utmost client satisfaction.
- Provide solution leadership for end-to-end Data & AI projects by working closely with the client, cross-functional teams, and architects.
- Drive excellent teamwork and the highest people satisfaction in your projects. Collaborate with Functions / HR to communicate upskilling requirements and performance feedback.
- Contribute to the hiring and nurturing of talents in the functional area(s) of your strength.
- Be an active internal agent for business account growth.
- Solid experience with Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, and ETL pipelines. Ability to design end-to-end Data & AI solutions which will require hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
- Machine Learning
- LLM API-based GenAI stack
- Business Insights
- Strong ability to evaluate the feasibility of client requirements and translate business needs into technical tasks.
- Excellent understanding of the tools and platforms used in Data & AI solution development on Azure stack. Proficiency in languages like Python, PySpark, SQL etc.
- Experience of implementing agile methodologies to ensure iterative and efficient project execution by leveraging task management tools like Jira. Working knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and code repositories like Git / Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
