Job Description for Technical Project Manager: -

Project Planning and Execution:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

· Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

· Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

· Monitor project progress, identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing clear and concise reports.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

· Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

· Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure effective utilization of resources to meet project objectives.

· Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.

· Foster effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance and Delivery:

· Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and specifications.

· Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of project outputs, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.

· Coordinate project delivery and deployment activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

· Experience required is 8-10 years in the software industry; Microsoft Technologies, Microsoft CRM background is a added advantage.

· Perform project management tasks such as client management, team management and expectation management, delivery management (cost, schedule, effort and quality).

· Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead/Project Manager, successfully delivering complex software or technology projects on time and within budget.

· Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
