Overview
Your Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Implement Agile or Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
Technical Leadership:
Guide and oversee the design, development, and deployment of applications.
Evaluate system performance, scalability, and reliability and provide hands-on support to resolve technical challenges and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
Stay updated with the latest in Azure and .NET technologies to ensure security, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with developers, testers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical staff.
Stakeholder Communication:
Conduct regular progress meetings, presenting detailed reports and metrics.
Gather and prioritize client requirements, translating them into technical deliverables and ensure transparency in project status and risks.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software development and project management.
Proven expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and related frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL Database.
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like Angular, React, is a plus.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
10+ years of experience in software development and project management.
