A Technical Program Manager (TPM) is a professional who oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within an organization. They act as a bridge between engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical projects align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities of a Technical Program Manager typically include:

• Project Planning: Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and creating detailed project plans including timelines and resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with various teams, including engineering, product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and facilitate communication.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to project success and developing mitigation strategies.
• Status Reporting: Keeping stakeholders updated on the project progress, challenges, and changes, often through regular reports and meetings.
• Technical Understanding: Having a solid grasp of the technical aspects of the projects to effectively communicate with engineering teams and manage technical constraints.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process enhancements and implementing best practices in project management and execution.

Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure satisfaction with the project outcomes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
