Technical Project Manager

Overview

Roles and Responsibilities:

What you do

Coordinate across cross-functional teams spread across geography to deliver complex programs

Define, monitor and improve critical to success metrics for the success of these programs

Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

Plan and manage multiple parallel projects

Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels

Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

Apply best practices to the software development life cycle for projects based on experiences with a number of agile and blended approaches

Interact with project Sponsors, project Stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features

Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies

Ensure consistent and transparent status updates with all stakeholders (Services, Business, product, leadership)

Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

Develop, communicate and drive best practice adoption across the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
