Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Software Development & Engineering to oversee and drive complex software projects from conception to deployment. This role requires a strong technical background in software development, coding best practices, and engineering workflows. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate remote development teams, manage code repositories, enforce agile methodologies, and ensure project success within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects by defining scope, timelines, and milestones.

• Oversee remote engineering teams, including front-end, back-end, and full-stack developers.

• Ensure best coding practices, version control, and CI/CD workflows within development teams.

• Collaborate with developers on GitHub, managing repository access, pull requests, and code reviews.

• Implement Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and sprint planning for efficient execution.

• Track and manage tasks using project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.

• Work with DevOps teams to optimize deployment pipelines, testing, and cloud infrastructure management.

• Monitor software quality assurance (QA) processes, ensuring bug tracking and resolution.

• Identify and mitigate risks that may affect project deliverables.

• Communicate with stakeholders, translating technical updates into business terms.

• Optimize development workflows and improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in software development, engineering, or SaaS projects.

• Background in software development (coding experience preferred in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages).

• Strong knowledge of GitHub, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience managing remote developers, ensuring high productivity and accountability.

• Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles (SDLC).

• Expertise in project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps principles, and system architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical teams toward solutions.

• PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
