Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT service projects, ensuring seamless execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders to align project goals.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Optimize workflows and enhance project management processes for efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while maintaining industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Experience in agile methodologies and IT service-based project management is a plus.
